Solar First Group Supports the Establishment of the TGI Solar Power Learning Center

On September 4, 2026, the Thai-German Institute (TGI) Solar Power Learning Center officially opened in Chonburi Province, Thailand. The learning center also serves as a systematic solar technology training program for Thailand’s industrial sector, aimed at imparting knowledge and skills covering the entire process of solar power system design, installation, and operation and maintenance. As a key sponsor of the learning center, Solar First Group provided financial support and showcased its core equipment. Three of its products—BIPV curtain walls, ground mounting systems, and rooftop mounting systems—will be installed long-term at the center, serving as a hands-on technical demonstration platform for training talent in Thailand’s solar industry.

The Thai-German Institute is a nonprofit organization jointly established by the Thai and German governments in 1992. According to the cooperation plan, the learning center will serve multiple functions, including technical demonstrations of solar power generation systems, hands-on training, and industry exchanges. The BIPV curtain walls, ground mounting systems, and rooftop mounting systems provided by Solar First Group will serve as core exhibition equipment and will be on long-term display at the training site, allowing trainees and visiting companies to observe and learn up close. These products represent Solar First ’s latest research and development achievements in the field of solar mounting systems. They cover a wide range of application scenarios—including building-integrated solar systems, ground power plants, and rooftop distributed systems—and will provide practical technical references for local engineering and technical personnel in Thailand.
